LNG Global Technology Leader
Martial is LNG Global Technology Leader in Bureau Veritas Marine, with the primary role of providing technical and managerial leadership in the development of LNG as fuel and LNG bunker ships projects, rules and associated services. He was also involved as IACS Project Team manager for LNG bunkering guidelines and is the chairman of SGMF working group on Safety Guidelines for LNG bunkering.
He is also in charge of a consultancy project on LNG propulsion of the biggest ever MSC cruise vessel. He was previously manager of the FP7 project Ulysses on innovative energy efficiency systems and has a Master Engineer Degree in Naval Shipbuilding.
Prior to joining Bureau Veritas in 2006, Martial has been working for over 15 years with experience overseas in Singapore, in Chantiers de l’Atlantique and DCNS in France and started his career in the French Military Navy as a mechanical engineer.
